The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program 

Founded in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program spans nine weeks with ten sessions. This immersive program combines mindfulness and meditation practices and self-reflection and introspection. Over the years, extensive research has consistently highlighted its benefits, including stress reduction, enhanced pain management, improved cognition, increased emotional stability and resilience,  as well as addressing conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD. Moreover, engaging in the MBSR program leads to greater life satisfaction.

The MBSR Program

(Individual Adult)

This MBSR program is conducted one on one. It consists of nine 90-minute weekly sessions, with a self retreat. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.

Program Fee:

Nine payments of $179 + GST

For a total of $1615 + GST

The MBSR Program

(Adult Couple or Pairs)

This MBSR program offers personalized sessions for couples. It consists of nine 100-minute  sessions. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.

Program Fee:

Nine payments of $202 + GST

For a total of $1815 + GST

The MBSR-Teen Program

(Individual or Pairs)

This MBSR-T program is conducted one on one. It consists of eight 60-minute weekly sessions. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.

Program Fee for a Single Teen:

Eight weekly payments of $130 + GST

For a Total of $1040 + GST

Program Fee for a Pair:​

Eight weekly payments of $155 + GST

For a Total of $1240 + GST

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Families Program

(One Youth & Adult)

The MBSR-T program for families is designed for a one youth and adult caregiver. It consists of  eight 90-minute weekly sessions. Session can be  conducted virtually or in person.

Program Fee:

Eight weekly payments of $195 + GST

For a Total of $1560 + GST

(For an additional caregiver or child add $200 per)

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program Teens (Group or School )

The MBSR-T program is designed for a group of up to 30 young individuals. It consists of either eight 90-minute weekly sessions or sixteen 45-minute weekly sessions, which is conducted in person.

Program Fee:

- Group Option 1:

8 weekly sessions for: $2040 + GST

- Group Option 2: 

16 weekly sessions for: $3120 + GST

It is important that you contact your extended health care provider to confirm if having coverage is necessary for you.

Cancellation Policy:

Your well-being is very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your session, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50. In the case of a "no show" 100% of the session cost will occur. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact me.
